Terms of Service for This Website
Browsing this site or sending a form doesn't create a contract. The real agreement is the written, line-itemized quote you get after an in-home estimate.
These terms cover use of sarasotaflooringcompany.com. Using this site, or submitting the estimate form, doesn't create a contract between you and Sarasota Flooring Company LLC. An actual project agreement is the written, line-itemized quote we provide after an in-home estimate.
Information on this site
Price ranges, timelines, and technical explanations on this site are typical figures for the Sarasota and Manatee County market, not a quote for your specific project. See our editorial standards page for how we build and source that information. Your actual price depends on the room, the product, and what your slab needs, confirmed at an in-home estimate.
Service area
We quote and install work within about 40 straight-line miles of downtown Sarasota, covering Sarasota and Manatee counties, part of Charlotte County, and south Hillsborough communities. See our service area page for the current list. Submitting a form from outside that radius doesn't obligate us to take on the project; we'll tell you if a job falls out of range.
Forms and communication
The estimate and contact forms on this site are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to [email protected]. Submitting a form doesn't obligate you to hire us, and it doesn't obligate us to accept every project; we'll follow up to schedule a visit or let you know if a job is outside what we can take on this season.
No warranty on site content
We check the facts, prices, and code references on this site against the sources listed on our sourcing and pricing methodology, and we correct errors when we find them, but this site is informational. It isn't a substitute for the written quote and workmanship warranty you receive after an estimate; see our warranty page for what that covers. We're not liable for a decision made solely from a price range or timeline on this site without a confirmed, written quote in hand.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the site or how we do business changes. The version posted here is the current one, and there's no separate notice sent when it changes. These terms are governed by Florida law.
